Joan Brothers
Executive Director and Membership Director
Joan is the founding partner of Manhattan Boutique Real Estate, Inc. and has been helping clients navigate the New York residential and commercial real estate market for more than 25 years with her expertise and knowledge. The company is a designated woman-owned business and is listed among the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. Joan was voted into “Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate” for having represented many high-profile individuals and companies from around the world as well as Foreign Governments through their Missions to the United Nations. She has raised capital (equity and debt) from institutional investors, such as Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and private equity for real estate developments, and is a founding member of the East Midtown Coalition.
Glen Cosman, DDS
Managing Director
Glen is the founder and general partner of 5th Avenue Dental Associates LLP and Family Health of New York PLLC. The practices were established almost 40 years ago and employees over 50 doctors and support staff. Glen is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry. A community advisory board member of Samaritan Village on 53rd Street, he is also an active participant of CB6 helping to regulate noise and unruly behavior in the bars in midtown east. Additionally, Glen has been the President of the Board of Directors of the Leslie House since 2013, and is a founding member of the East Midtown Coalition.
Lisa Chase, MBA
Director of Advocacy and Media Relations
Lisa is the Senior Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning for the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the Mount Sinai Health System. In 2014, she launched the first Same Day Appointment Program on the east coast in an academic medical center, which was scaled to the entire Mount Sinai Health System. The recipient of five Aster Awards and two Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society of Greater New York’s Marketing Excellence Awards, she has more than 12 years of marketing and operations experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa is Secretary of her building Board of Directors, where she has served as a Director since 2013.
Ralph Sutton
Director of Development
Ralph is Vice President of Sutton Garrett Realty Associates Ltd., a commercial real estate investment firm. Ralph has spent the past 10 years at Sutton Garrett as an executive involved in acquisitions, property management and financing. Previously, Ralph spent nearly 20 years in investment banking at Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Bear Stearns, with a focus on the medical technology, pharmaceutical and health care service sectors. Ralph is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
